OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Reporting of vacancies in the Personal Assistant (PA) grade of CSSS for the Select List Year — 2010 —reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 13th December, 2011 on the subject cited above and to say that after a lapse of considerable time, the information in respect of vacancy position in the Personal Assistant (PA) grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2010 has not yet been received from your Ministry/Department. Consequently, furnishing of the vacancy position to Staff Selection Commission has been delayed. It is, therefore, requested to provide the requisite information in the prescribed proforma to this Department without any further delay.
