Clarification regarding Sardana Eye Institute, New DelhiThe undersigned is directed to invite reference to the Office Memorandum of even number, dated the 7th October, 2010 on the above subject and to clarify that Sardana Eye Institute, New Delhi would continue to be empanelled under CGHS, New Delhi, as per the direction, dated the 18th March, 2011, of Hon'ble High Court fo Delhi in WP(C) No.927/2011 and CM Apl. No. 1953 of 2011, filed by Sardana Eye Institute, Delhi V.Union of India and others, till the matter is decided by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
