OFFICE MEMORANDUM


Subject:- Training Programme for the professional development of Sr. PPS/PPS of the CSSS at ISTM from 09.05.2011 to 20.05.2011.

The undersigned is directed to say that Sr.PPS/PPS of CSSS whose names are given in the Annexure have been nominated to participate in the Professional Development Workshop being conducted by the ISTM from 09.05.2011 to 20.05.2011. It is requested that these officers may please be relieved of their duties with the direction to report to Shri A.J.K. Menon, Assistant Director, ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), NewDelhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 09.05.2011.

2. Cadre Authorities are requested to ensure that the officers nominated to the above workshop are released in time.

3. As part of the Workshop, the participants would be taken on a study tour. In order to meet the expenditure for the tour all the administrative Ministries/Departments would require to sanction an advance of Rs. 40,000/-(Rupees forty thousand only) as T.A. advance for each participant.

4. Confirmation with regard to the release of the officers along with their respective bio-data may please be sent to Shri A.J.K. Menon, Assistant Director, ISTM, New Delhi by 29.04.2011 at the aforesaid address with a copy to the undersigned.
