Those who satisfy the aforesaid eligibility criteria submit their applications strictly in the prescribed format published herewith on one side only on A4 size paper along with requisite fee, photocopies of certificates in respect of their age, qualification –mark sheets of years/semesters, Degree certificate experience certificate issued by the employer on his letterhead, caste certificate in the Govt. of India format etc.
b ) Incomplete application in any form and not in the prescribed Format shall be rejected. No correspondence will be entertained in the matter.
