1. Dial 198 from Land Line or STD Code +198 ( 01262198) from Mobile.  01262 is STD Code.  Note down your Complaint Number. 
2. Customer Care: -Dial 1500 from Land Line or  0124-221 1500 from mobile or 1500haryana@bsnl.co  (Haryana Users) through email or 9466001500 through SMS.
3. Broadband Complaint Number:- Dial 1504 or 0124-2211504.
4. Delay in response of Complaint : Dial 12727 (Toll Free) number.
5. Web :- Online complaint booking is available on bsnl (click here).  Status of complaint is also available on it.
