We expected the same that didn’t happen last week, but this thursday Cabinet may approve 7% additional Dearness allowance from 1.7.2011 for Central Government staff and pensioners. This benefit goes to more than 50 lakh Central Government staff and 38 lakh Central pensioners.
Railway employees bonus issue also will be sent to the Cabinet for approval on thursday, sources said.
